The Visit My Farm website www.visitmyfarm.com.au is provided and administered by the NSW Department of Primary Industries, a division of the NSW Department of Industry, Skills and Regional Development (‘DPI’). The website is provided on an ‘as is’ trial basis to connect farmers with visitors.
These are the conditions subject to which DPI provides the website.
By clicking the “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of the site” you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
DPI may amend these terms and conditions at any time. You must accept the new terms and conditions before you will be able to advertise your farm visit or make a reservation on the website. These terms and conditions supersede and replace any terms of use you may have previously accepted governing your use of the website.
Through the website, DPI provide an online platform through which farmers can advertise their farm visit for reservation and through which visitors of the website can make such reservations. By making a reservation through the website, you may be entering a legally binding contractual relationship with the farmer with which you make a reservation. DPI acts solely as an intermediary between farmers and visitors.
DPI will take reasonable care in providing information through the website, however it does not warrant that the website is error free or that any defects will be rectified. This website is provided as a trial platform ‘as is’. DPI does not accept liability for any loss, damage, cost of indirect loss or any loss of profits, data or revenue that could arise as a result of your use of the website.
All intellectual property, including copyright and trademark in the website is the property of DPI or its licensors. You may make temporary copies necessary to browse the website and to download and/or print such forms or user guides that are provided for your use unless otherwise stated.
The website is free of charge and DPI does not accept or facilitate any payment for making a reservation.
